a range of injection moulding machines which are
compatible with different sizes of products, our brand new
Engel machines varies from 20 tons to 500 tons clamp force.
We use the last technologies for automation. A combination
of the tie bar-less clamping unit and the automation module
(ENGEL robot for tie bar-less machines) with an integrated
conveyor-belt, all of this enhances both production and
products quality control.
We have brand new Piovan
dryers, for all hygroscopic materials. All the machines and
dryers are loaded with autoloaders, which insures that all
materials are being delivered to machines dry and clean
without being exposed to moisture or dust.
All our
machines are equipped with tool temperature controllers to
provide the suitable tool temperature to produce perfect
plastic mouldings. |
